Positive, is sufficient to understand the often criticized instructions for this product. I've really only needed to make the switch from whole aperture found on 1/3 stop increments (which is a bit hidden). That, and everything else, though is not in German, but in a simple school English read (plus screens). So, the beginning is a low hanging fruit.
The first test in the studio was then - at least for my D700 - encouraging good and I could see a group of people illuminate quite simple.
So far I have yet to discover any defects (which I had to smile at the little bag for Lumidisc to contrast measurement) and am therefore satisfied. Oh, for studio photography I can see a great advantage in the use of a light meter, rather than relying only on the histogram.
