The principle is simple, turning vegetable by the Spitzer and get decorative material or noodles it.
I was very skeptical because of some bad reviews but I must say it has worked just fine at the first attempt.
It has a page for thicker strips (or stronger) and a thin.
I had the combination of thin noodle-like strips and a simple spiral cutter (qid = 1348131006 & sr = 8-3), but there creates the classic peeler remedy. :)
The resulting noodles are definitely convinced me by their stance and chewiness. Creative can really have fun with this product and the best:
The Fakenudeln even the Knirbs family convinced to eat vegetables :)
My Conclusion:
Quick & Easy: Maybe need one or the other for a little skill or training, but falls me the Bedinung over easily.
The vegetables bands are more than long and the workload is very low.
For Creative: It has in the truest sense of the word "in no time" super long Gemüselinguine / Decoration / salad etc ...
For cucumber and zucchini, the product is the best, I would say myself.
However, I had (best take the elongated and work with potato / corn cob pricker) also successes in fresh tomato solid, really big carrot, radish, eggplant, small apple, small fresh beetroot, small pumpkin ...
Shortly about the bad reviews:
1) Too much waste: In fact creates a Strung in the middle, but since you made quite a bit of vegetables already gets quite a bit Gemüselinguine I did not feel this is a problem. A Portin pasta leaves 0,7x2cm Gurkenkernstrung with me.
Besides, I find these simultaneous gutting as practical. If you use eg cucumber and zucchini one beka from the part with the nuclei only mushy vegetables strands out, so the vegetables Spitzer cuts the Strung right away!
2) Zudicke vegetable noodles: Classic spaghetti are not, would the bands come vegetables around it you would have even more waste. This is the result will be thicker and thinner Linguine depending side. Both strengths are thick enough to (bite) to conjure up solid noodles from Deco and the good standing has the sideboards. Thinner strips would probably lie flat which produce vegetable strips can be but excellent drape.
3) Difficult to use: Well, I picked up on my first try in the refrigerator and pursed just wild it happening. It succeeded at first, but maybe one or the other a little awkward. Yes, if for example, the zucchini is crooked at the end you have to possibly re ansetzten because you are already at around 3 rotations already good 30cm length "noodles" I do not feel that creates a problem. On the contrary, I sat in between always off because my tapes are zulang otherwise.
