When checking in Germany Hannover airport I had weighed 19.5 kg at home.
At the airport at the counter there were 19,6kg. So it is only 0.1kg difference here.

From the Canaries back home:
19,7kg had my bags at the hotel.
20kg showed the scale at customs because they had no decimals .... So just like that is.
