The first thing I have to say that the ball head for this price would get five stars. Professional heads costs like ten times and more! The ball runs poorly (not round), the friction can be adjusted only roughly and even worse, the Panorama screw. Why I bought it and given three stars? It's simple: if you have time and not too professional claims rises, is the normal users securely to the existing along well, it seems to be stable, although the lock for heavy cameras not enough attention is (too high force effort is required!). What happens after fifty times knobs turning (clamp bolts), I can today too early to say, because I will not use my head so many times, I'm zuversichtig!
