I bought this book because it did not cost very dear and revenues made me envy and were very simple. The fact is that they are simple yes, but not really extraordinary. I'm on my third acceptance test this book and I think I'll drop, cakes are bland, lots of butter, lots of sugar, without any interest. I advise you to go your way and turn to the type of books C. Felder for some elaborate cakes, or towards "Pâtisserie the ultimate reference!" "Grandma Cakes: Recipes Amandine" for classic cakes that are both far superior in quality recipes.
