I had ordered my heating pad, because I often have a bad back and this seemed to me as a successful alternative to the hot water bottle and my old heating pad broke. Unfortunately, this purchase was a bad buy because the pillow is not really warm easily and therefore simply not fulfilled the purpose for me. Goods therefore went back!
