The clock as a smartphone connection:
Also the comparison with current smartphone displays must not shy away from the Gear absolute. It is razor sharp.
The adjustable function, the display will briefly turn in a rotation of the wrist is OK, unfortunately, the display also activates when closing a door (hand while rotating nunmal) or when maneuvering in the car (movement of the hand on the steering wheel). I realize that the device does not know whether I am shooting only the wrist to look at the clock or if I degree in the car once ausparke ... but one thing that annoyed me a little.
The camera takes really useful Schanppschüsse! The direct delivery of images to the phone works well.
Navigation through the menus on the touch screen works without problems.
The major shortcoming is my view: there are simply not enough programs connected to the Gear. SMS I hardly use, so do not get too otherwise I can briefly look into the mail and look at calendar entries.
This needs to be even more.
As the amount of Samsung Apps currently looks that come on the Gear, I do not know, it's been a few weeks since I've tested it. First, the clock went back again.
For the price it was still too little.
I am very excited about Gear 2 :)
Best Regards
