Unpacked and lamp with ribbons and battery box, 2 batteries, a network and a car charger found.
The first impression:
The lamp itself makes a high impression. The battery box rather a cheap. No rubber seal and the Verschlussklipse look more as if they fall at the first closing already.
The batteries are at least the label facing "protected". Unfortunately, I lack the opportunity to review it.
But Nowe first time make light. Batteries into the box, to cover (the brackets survive luckily the first closing). Press button and "There is light". And that pretty light. Compared to my 1W Cree a difference as against Fahrradfunzel moped headlamps.
Since the lamp is a bit longer, for safety's sake first charge. Where was again the Charger connector. Study manual of falls, since no available. Witer with Youth research. A charging cradle is not here, so a connection must be somewhere on the lamp or battery box. Nch thorough search can be found at the bottom of the battery box a little piece of rubber that after removal exposes a suitable hole imGehäuse. Looks like the Dremel mounted, but when it works?
Plug into the dark hole, mains adapter into the socket and then a green LED on the power supply lights up. There is really rich overnight tuned leave, by the green LED, nothing has changed. (In the evening turns out after 3 hours of light out, is that the LED is red while charged, green shows obvious final charge to).
After about 2 hours usage in high level (sequence: Press 1x - high, 2x press - darker, press 3x - flash, 4x press -from), the light is already noticeably weaker. That the price of the high brightness seems to be.
Another point of criticism is the securing of the bands on the lamp. The eyes on the lamp are not closed, so that the Flex band pulls out at oblique strain. This could have been a better solution. The practice remains to be seen whether it is really what matters.
all in all:
For the price a decent piece of engineering. Mechanical certainly no masterpiece, and the future remains to be seen how robust is the lamp in daily use. But an attempt is definitely worth it for the price.
