With the use in coated pans, I am quite happy, but totally inappropriate in forged pans.
I thought he was strong enough, is indeed heat resistant up to 270 degrees, but in the newly acquired forged pan crumbles from the plastic when you turn. So I again bought a metal spatula. The Bratkartoffelwender WMF because I can absolutely recommend.
