The jug looks visually great. But it is darker than the picture suggests (I find even better). Hot drinks keep several hours hot / hot. The seals are really tight - so it whistles nothing. If the screw times be defective, you can separately purchase this new. Cleaning is also fast and easy by hand. Anyone looking for a new good pot, I can recommend this highly.
