Good switch, nothing to do, it adjusts itself is ready to walk in 2 seconds out of the box. The 16 jacks on the back it's cleaner than front. Small LEDs indicate good connections in 100 or 1000 MB hard / O however far taken to see what works or not (LED correspondence / rear outlet is not as simple as a switch that displays the LED next each network port). The finishes are good but it's eh plastoc. I prefer Netgear that are metal and give the impression of greater strength. But the value for money of this DLink model is very good. And it does the job.
