The first pages are devoted to camera equipment: What focal use for academic naked? how open? which setting for white balance?
Jean Turco then addressed, with great tact and respect, how to recruit a model, as well as the ethical rules binding the photographer to his model.
Then he takes us into the heart of the matter: the Nude photo outdoors, apartment, studio. Each chapter, remarkably well documented, is drafted in a precise and intelligible manner. Boards are of great relevance, and many practical cases are explained.
Finally, the author describes many examples of poses, without forgetting the post. Practical issues (authorization form to post, internet, sale of prints) are also addressed.
In conclusion, I will say that the book of John Turco is probably the best I have read in recent years about nude photography. It is particularly suitable for those starting out, or wish to engage in nude photography, but also to those which, although more experienced, always take pleasure in discovering the advice of a great photographer.
