An apologetic email received from the supplier and asking me to return the product and that I can choose a replacement or refund. I suggested a replacement if they were on to send me products that work .... Answer -> we will refund .. It's great, they have obviously all confidence in their hardware.
And then, no new and no refund. In short, I will not fight for a few dozen euros.
Fortunately my many purchases on the net, including AMAZON, it goes well.
