I myself like concerts prefer, in which the artist not only erode their set list, but the numbers listed comment with some introductory remarks. Who not only music seeks to lean back, therefore can be satisfied with this album. Joan Baez, it is possible to win all the attention of their audience, as when it initiates the play "Natalia" with very heartwarming words on the fate of the Russian poet and dissident Natalia Gorbanevskaya that captured by the Soviet leaders over again, crazy was declared and locked away, but can never break and after their release to write again and again started. Or, to cite another example, when she speaks with great emotional involvement on a horse ("Stewball"), who died on the racetrack.
Twice I have seen Joan Baez live and was impressed by her charm, her humanity, her impeccable fingerpicking and their widely unique voice (breathtakingly at Bob Dylan's "Forever Young"). Alone accompanied on guitar or by an excellent band she convinces with a wide range of songs. This live album is of a very good impression of how the artist understands to meet the great expectations of their broad audience.
