I used the need of griddles brush with oil between each pancake to the pancake does not adhere ...
I did a whole series without doing so, it never stuck ...
The Pro Titanium coating Tefal be beat ... I love it!
Small flat, griddle arrived very slightly deformed on one side, unable to know of course if this slight cosmetic defect comes from Tefal or comes from the storage / transport.
