OK but watch the coating sleeves ...

After 3 months of use, the coating is entirely satisfactory. No adhesion even without fat.
In contrast, removable sleeves comprise springs which oxidize and break quickly enough because mine have all suffered the same fate a few days apart after 3 months. This is a real design flaw.
Moreover Natural Cook does not seem to provide sleeves outside buying stoves.

I confirm the first printing, coating is nice and seems to fit in the time (I'm careful not to overheat). I have not found a replacement grip, I still use the old that no longer spring, it's not terrible ...
For those who are sensitive to this issue, the coating does not contain PFOA but I believe it contains PTFE, like Tefal pans.
