Purchased for pizza on our pizza stone without staining the latter these plates are fine, we oiled and floured before putting the dough and it did not attach the cooking was perfect. The price is a bit expensive but aluminum is of good quality and manufacturing quality as well. Just be careful when washing the plates do not use brushes or abrasive (sponge and a little dishwashing liquid enough) to avoid scratching them because aluminum is a material that is easily scratched. Caution also removing the glued label on the corner of the original label because it is badly off.
