From a practical size (A5), this collection of 101 cocktails is above all pleasant to go. It is not just a cookbook, it is also a tasty (that is the word) mix between the utility side and the discovery appearance. Each cocktail is presented in the form of a double page. The left shows the ID, ingredients, preparation, the type of glass, the ideal layout and difficulty level and a photo (not all are of equal quality but the pleasure of the eyes is still there) . The right includes the name of the cocktail, historic, delicious anecdotes and bottom right inset with a "style", the "mouth" and "final" cocktail to better anticipate the flavor is fun and seen. End of the book there is a chapter on technical (hardware, methodologies, consulting), a glossary and an index is quite as alcohols, not cocktails, it may be voluntary but this time impractical I removed one star. A chronological index We would also appreciated as it is a question of history or by other criteria qualifying the mixture (see above).
