I myself use an Olympus OM-D E-M10. The Canon version the pins are in two rows side by side. This way you can push the shutter using aids such as a credit card on the camera. They then work already. But this is very impractical.
The Nikon version the contacts are arranged differently, and here, the shutter can easily slide on the hot shoe.
Technically both work, but I recommend the Nikon version. The flashes can reawaken with the release button on the remote trigger. Thus, these adapters should work with Sony, Pentax and others, but I could not test.
A finished release cable for Olympus does not exist. Here I want to tinker itself. With the release cable can trigger the camera over the RF603.
