Dilemma solved! More sustained use of Strongarm pushes me to edit title and stars. I leave all three in-itself, but only just. Indeed, the main flaw that I mentioned, the requirement on the state of Darts, is pushed by the Strongarm to a level that makes it almost unusable: when in full play, and they pick up a dart that the charge in the barrel Môssieur once on two Môssieur spits contemptuously at the feet of the wearer.
