A pleasure to leaf through this book. As always (and perhaps even more) in Jamie Oliver, esthetics is neat. Photos (many) are in my perfect sense, in perfect harmony with the spirit of this book (I have a slight preference for the double daisies page, but it's personal). The mind, these are products, grouped by season, which are each the subject of several recipes, then a page of advice, such as, for example, how to grow them in his garden. Rock'n'roll where I was cooking a bit "trendy" (although I like anyway), here, it's simple, healthy, fresh. Less Italian influence in Cook, for example, where the pasta and risotto had good place, more pastoral, more British (but not in a bad sense)! The food presentation and lack of glossy reinforce the effect. In short, "Jamie Green" to borrow the title of the TV show that goes with it! Some recipes tested and approved: the express dessert rhubarb compote, yogurt layered with orange and cinnamon, rice pudding with strawberry jam, salad small roasted carrots and Moroccan lawyers, the Butternut squash muffins, meringues with pears and chocolate, pan fried fish with asparagus, peas and beans crushed mint and parmesan ... actually, I cooked half, and I n can 't remember which one has disappointed me.
