"The Wonder of Christmas" is one of the most beautiful Christmas albums I've ever heard. The Mormon Tabernacle Choir (incidentally, one of the best amateur choirs in the world) is accompanied by the Orchestra at Temple Square, the grand organ in the Tabernacle and some celebrity guests: Renée Fleming, Bryn Terfel, Audra McDonald, Frederica von Stade and Angela Lansbury. The enclosed booklet extensive information will be provided on all parties, including some photos of the performances.
The recordings on the CD are from various live performances at Christmas from the years 2001 to 2005. In each song you can feel the spirit of Christmas. A warm, festive atmosphere surrounds anyone who listens to this music attentively.
