One of the most inspiring books I have read

You can feel in every line the authentic enthusiasm of the author for the theme; the case studies are extremely well studied and the reader will be presented in a vivid and catchy way. The conclusions and practical instructions show that Frederic Laloux has collected and analyzed case studies not only in loving detail, but has thought through a step. Thus, the book is very well suited for practitioners, ie for people who want to lead an organization to a new, "soulful" way; At the same time the book is also a fascinating read for all who deal with the challenges of our time and the moves the question of how work can contribute to satisfaction and fulfillment to cause instead stress and a sense of overwork.
