Actually there nothing to complain about, the cable is 5e and 20 meters long, only the plugs do not look like as shown (although I wanted to have just as pictured), but have left and right in the closet so plastic buckles to the plastic part to protect where you have to push it to the plug to pull back from a socket. Well, I have the bulges slightly bent to a plug side, and wrapped with adhesive tape, thus I have then still easily get through the plug through the partly somewhat narrow holes or openings in the various walls, when I moved the 20m. Serious line losses I could not determine with DSL 16000 (neither speed nor Ping), I am in any case with the product (and degrees for the current price of 3.99) very satisfied!
