In my case the same problem occurred, as with all other "1-star reviewers". So this problem is apparently no fluke with Transcendend 8GB flash drive. After a few weeks of faultless operation, the read and write errors were increasing (from Windows always commented with an unknown error), and especially for larger data packets. Meanwhile, nothing works.
I have used the stick for my studies and he gave me my life, unfortunately, more difficult than easier. I constantly had to run 2 times about something or rewriting even entire documents.
I am glad that I kicked him in the garbage recently!
