As a central network storage for all our household the NSA320 does exactly what it should: it provides access to all of our PCs and Playstation. For us, the problem occurred that after some time the NAS was no longer accessible by connecting program (via Explorer via network connection, however, already). As could remedy a firmware update. As then, however, the Internet page of the device could not be reached, the support really helped us quickly and competently. This is really noteworthy. Now everything is running to our full satisfaction. One star deduction because streaming to iPads is not working. But that create so far, with two exceptions any device. ; O)
