Unfortunately, the device is inoperable. The touchpad leads to permanent operating errors. The summary of keys and Touch range make the device with one hand inoperational. Even with two hands, there is permanent operating errors, especially if one wants to make accurate positioning. For browsing the web OK, PowerPoint can not be used.
Worse is the HP Executive Pen. This is so slow that it is not possible for me to write notes handschrifliche eg with Windows Journal. This quickly and easily was possible on the 2710p. The Schiff is krakelig that I myself can no longer read. The idea to disable the touch sensitivity when the pen is used is good, but not sensitive enough. Usually one leaves already marks with the heel of your hand before the pen is detected.
The display - indicating brilliant bright colors - is the 16: good for films suitable 9; wants to read or write as a business user of A4 pages in tablet mode, always, a part of the screen is lost. This combined with the smaller display of 11 inches makes the usage difficult. Because the 2710p with 16:10 and 12 inches was more appropriate.
The keyboard is also much to be desired. The keys are wrong and crooked, especially the function keys. The key shape is certainly a need for height, a classical form (as in 2710p) I would have preferred.
Unfortunately, the service also leaves much to be desired: my problems with the pen were answered (in barely comprehensible broken German) so that I nevertheless times to run the memory test and then to delete the (newly attached computer) and reinstall. This is the latest firmware available on the touch screen (which also improves nothing), was not even informed me of the Hotline. This approach is unacceptable for a device for the business market.
My conclusion: I am now looking for a used 2730p and will sell this device again.
UPDATE 12.8 .: To now 8 (eight) interactions with HP support with indiscriminate clean Stalls, firmware updates, and a Austauschpen I'm with the pen operation have not advanced ...
