The article is delivered exactly as shown, thus no disappointment, but great pleasure. The material feels a bit hard and brittle, so far, however, the shoe horn is serving. Disturbing that is not in use. Whether this does the durability discontinuation can not be determined.

The shoehorn was a Christmas present for my husband. Unfortunately is was the shoehorn broken in February. This has been my husband, because he has "secretly" ordered one. As this now broke again in April, which came to light. So two shoehorn in half a year. From durability no question.
