For a long time I was looking for the optimal device for long rides on the tram and travel by plane and by train. I wanted to surf with the device and also can watch videos. That's why I first looked at various Tablets. Here I have not found the optimal solution, because I eventually realized that a lightweight and well transportable tablet brings me nothing, because I often need a laptop, so would have to take tablet and laptop. So important to me was a solution that I can perform basic office tasks at the same time. On my laptop have always bothered me when transporting the size and weight. It was difficult to find a sufficiently large XXL bag. In addition, the battery was too weak and therefore go not kept long enough. In this respect, I then held for a 2 in 1 solution for my needs out. With my little Transformer I've found the perfect solution for me. The Asus T100 is pleasantly easy to carry 1030 grams and fits with its 10.1-inch well in most of my pockets. On the way I use the Asus T100 mostly without the keyboard. Sometimes I leave the keypad at home, then the Asus T100 is measuring just 520 grams even easier. When I have to work with Word, I put the tablet easy on the keyboard. The conversion is in seconds and easily. The launch of the Asus T100 comes quickly due to the new Windows 8.1 InstantGo function. Although the Asus T100 compared with my old laptop is relatively small, I find the keyboard and the touchpad very pleasant and ergonomic furnishings. Even with the quality of the display I am completely satisfied. The display is sharp, the colors are strong. The memory 32 GB I come as yet without problems. Well, that can still be changed, but there are far as I know expandability up to 64 GB. But in practice is the free usable cloud that I currently use primarily for movies and photos. My conclusion so far: I do not want to miss my Transformer. It was a good investment, the price-performance ratio is just right. Because I've nothing to criticize, I give 5 stars!
