I looked at different headlamps and read the reviews. It is not difficult for me to make up my mind because most Headlamps have been well designed for the jogging. That said, there are LED lights installed, which radiate as far as possible and light. But for astronomy you need more of a restrained white light and red light for working at the telescope, because then the eyes are sensitive to light. Red LEDs but there is little in headlamps, except for this. The HC50 has even two of them, which is sufficiently bright. In addition, the white light can be selected in different strengths and you can very easily switch between the different modes. Additionally shows when you turn the start button via LED on how much battery is left (green = more than 50%, red = less than 50%, flashing red = should be charged). The material used is high quality and easy to carry. Even the battery is incredibly easy to replace. There is in my view no negative points!
