This golden version of the classic "ludo not" is beautifully decorated. Our son got from Omi same variant with the pirates. Now our daughter got this version with the mice and bears. It's fun with these sweet characters to play. Not quite as boring as only with the colors. Our daughter is learning so first rules. They can name the characters (the bear, the mouse .... has to flower, the star back), she finds it easier, faster to understand the game and keep the rules.
Very nice wooden game that I can recommend. And should something go apart a figure, they would quickly glued together with wood glue again. With the classic plastic figures from the original works of course not, if someone has stepped on. In addition, the figures are made so that they are badly drawn. With our vacuum cleaner they would simply can not be absorbed. So plus for this version!
The only downside: it lacks a game manual. But honestly, who is playing a lot with his kids, the rules actually knows in his sleep, right?
