Game description (based on 3 players):
--- Each player receives 9 cards on their side in a black and various events are.
--- One card is revealed, eg. B. "Patent for Anti-Peinlichkeits device for nursing mothers, the bra with beer tube"
--- The first player must now consider when that might have been, and then one of his cards above (earlier in time), or drop below (later in time) in addition to the 1st card for now.
--- He chooses "The game Mah Jong, we in the Western world to the fashion game" and places the card from below.
--- 2 player places the card "The English automobile factory Rolls-Royce is founded" above the first two from.
--- Player 3 puts "The courier -Fleurop- allows floral gifts from afar" at the lowest point of the resulting series.
--- Player 1 is now presenting "Japan prohibits because of moral concerns the hula hoop" turn to the lowest point of the series.
I like players not 2 and he calls uncovering the card backs, on which the date and sometimes notes are printed. The series now looks like this:
1904 - "The English automobile company Rolls-Royce is founded"
1910 - "Patent for Anti-Peinlichkeits device for nursing mothers, the bra with beer tube"
1924 - "The game Mah Jong, we in the Western world to the fashion game"
1927 - "The Courier -Fleurop- allows floral gifts from afar"

--- Player 1 therefore the timeline had operated correctly. As punishment for the false accusation player now has 2 pull three penalty cards, players have 2 but accused rightly player 1, this would be "rewarded" with penalty cards.
--- There begins a new round, a new beginning card is sent from the stack in the middle, etc.
--- The game ends when a player discards his last card correctly in the timeline.
Note: Our group had quickly out that there are better (for us) than the above-described specified by the manufacturer of play, but all the experienced players will develop as quickly own ideas. Alternatives are for. B .:
--- Teambuilding
--- Everyone gets 10 cards. Another is disclosed in the middle of the stack. All players put now each one of its 10 to, namely, of the thinking that it is the closest there.
--- Or the same varied: There are added to you 2 cards, namely those who are in the timeline on each side on the next turn.
--- Another option is to remove all cards, of which one thinks that they come from the same millennium, century or decade to add. This variant has become the disadvantage (or advantage) that it takes a while before everyone has his 10 cards, because Unique needs to sorted out. About the uniqueness of course the players agree. And then that brings a lot of discussions and corresponding game!
Packaging / durability / Description:
The game is set in a handy 6.5 x 11 x 4.5 cm big box. This is not very stable, so do not let them fall into the hands of children.
The cards (336) measure 4.1 x 6.3cm, are sufficiently stable for long fun (after all, now more than 5 years).
The game description is brief, concise and clearly understandable
Benefits:
--- Light weight, small size - good to take along on trips and game nights
--- Diverse possible rule changes, which helps compensate for differences in education.
--- Even with 12 persons (acc. Manufacturer more than 10) still playable.
--- Rule changes also lead (at least for us) to more gameplay, since the manufacturer's instructions but is rather "dry".
--- Can be mixed game boxes, which leads to prolonged gaming with other "Anno Domini".
--- By the way historical knowledge is provided (but see below).
--- Part interesting anecdotes that lead to general merriment at the table
--- To my surprise, took my daughter (then 10) liking to the game. Children should but m. E. only play with adults, whose role here is mainly patient guidance and motivation.
Disadvantages:
--- The notes on the back of card are unfortunately a very poor because of the limited space, often limited even only on the year.
--- For many players it takes despite the small size cards a pretty big table to interpret the card number.
--- Because of the small size cards it is only the centrally seated possible after the turn around to read all the cards.
--- Unfortunately I had to throw away because of incorrect dating of the two cards.
--- Within the player should be no to large educational gap, because a lot of the questions is approximately correct answer only with knowledge of history, or at least a good general education.
