I have received the device quickly and neatly packed. The quoted performance of 11 pages in one pass provides it with no problems. The background noise is kept within limits (other shredders that I have used are also not silent). The snippets are being surrounded size and I had them so far no impropriety or outliers, which also thicker paper is processed without any problems. The device is like most SOHO devices switched after some time in continuous operation from due to overheating and then to cool down for some time before you can move on.
