The monocular is good and slippery in his hand. Unfortunately, it has only a hand strap and can not therefore be reassigned. There is a sufficient case that can be clipped to a belt. The focus range is very large even for eyeglass wearers. The adjustment is sufficiently taut. Very good for eyeglass wearers is permanently attached, adjustable by rotating eyecups. Sharpness and brightness correspond almost my Carl Zeiss binoculars 8x30. For continuous observations I find, however, a pair of binoculars less tiring. (See flags on the land, buoys mark better account) for sailing but it is best suited. Whether it is 100% (hopefully) really waterproof, but I'd rather not try.
