The book is really extra-ordinary, there are very few political books as exciting and vibrant. Douglass takes us to the heart of the Cold War as if we were there, it's exciting and we can not let go of the book once opened. Teeming with details and anecdotes generally not highlighted, this is great art from beginning to end. A masterful synthesis of both the policy of Kennedy, the man and his assassination. The author perfectly mastered the subject. A must read!
