Those looking for a bucket of reasonably airtight (eg Hygieneimer) is hereby but unfortunately ill-advised. The cover is only loosely based on fact, and unfortunately, not even the so real. The bucket itself has at the top two "bumps" where you can indeed take him quite well to lift out - but of course, the cover also prevent it to lie down (see picture).
In the long run probably evaluate also critical is the opening mechanism for the lid. The foot pedal works namely on the principle just the bottom of the bucket frame to bend (see second picture) - if that participates in the long term, the plastic was once an open question.
