And I wanted to get just delivered a new bar, although there is a risk indeed that the same thing happens again. We'll see how other responses to my appeal and whether the manufacturer still remembers. Otherwise, I can only warn you I will in any case not order there, but like I let these "fobbed off" certainly did not. As a consumer, but also has rights.
