Already in the purchasing decision versus condenser heat pump dryer is the big price premium of approximately EUR 300-400
the newer heat pump technology to observe the same manufacturer.
As is to weigh carefully whether the higher Investiton matches the user behavior.
Our usage profile is as follows: 4 person household, 2-3 washloads (5kg) / week
Now to the device itself: The unit was set up similar to the installation description (open spaces all around) in the basement.
The first dryer charge was a complete failure. The unit was very hot, thus the cellar was well tempered.
The laundry was hot and still very moist.
What was the cause? Simply operator error and ignorance in the right application.
Since our washer max. 5kg capacity has, it was thought 2x wash away 1/3 = approx 7kg to dry.
So researched, read instructions carefully and then vigorously thinking = Solution found!
Here comes the solution:

1. Have lowered internally by 16 amperes to 10 amperes the connected load.
Target: device does not heat up as fast high.
Benefits: Laundry is spared temperature.
Pitch: term calculation tends to be longer - but I'm not on the run :-)

2. Select Maximum spin speed after washing again and hurl if was not already selected.
Our has the following gradation: 1600/1200/1000/800/400 - therefore with us the 1600 rev / min.
Now determined comes the question: Even easy-care programs?
A resounding yes, if you then immediately pulls the laundry into the mold and then drying the same.
Do not worry, delicate laundry is not torn at high spin speeds, but tends increasingly to wrinkling.
Goal: What is not in there, not even have to get out!
Say: The less residual moisture has the laundry, the faster the laundry is dried.
Benefits: Time = money see cost / drying
Pech: delicate garments are due to low residual moisture more wrinkled and have to be ironed if necessary,
if shells are visible. Fine Lingerie is very fluffy and enjoys privacy, so no matter.

3. drum loading should be up to half of the drum diameter.
Goal: laundering must / should be able to move slightly so that the air flow can penetrate through the laundry.
Benefit: The warm air flow through the looser wash the residual moisture can be withdrawn evenly and
be transported outwards = proper loading causes shortened maturities = cost savings !!!
Pech: cost savings = more frequent drying, fun factor, wanting more fluffy laundry.

4. Cost / drying - cost approach: 1 kWh = 0.25 EUR / measured with an energy monitoring devices
Loading / program - dryness / Plan-time / actual time / current --- / costs

5. Cleaning condensate tank + lint
Simply, if you look at a few shortcomings as given.
+ The condensate tank can be completely emptied / lt 1-4 point about 1.5 liters / drying -. Fits, right?
+ Lint filter is easy to remove and clean / Please afterwards always dry if wet cleaned!
o fluff hanging on rubber opening edge or door Rubber edging / unfortunately so - constructive determines optimized!
- No, would cease after 3 months an update, whether above description is still valid.

Summary: A dryer can / should give pleasure, if you follow the above steps 1-5.
This provides for about 0.50 EUR / drying fluffy laundry, which is clearly too cheap - addiction danger !!!
Small sample calculation: 52 KW x 3 = 156 dryings dryings / year x 0.50 EUR = 78 EUR / year
Current price difference versus heat pump condensation approximately 350 EUR / 78 EUR = 4,5 years old can dry one, to additional costs of a heat pump dryers are achieved. Until then, the state of the art is further back, also in relation to the sensitive heat pump technology especially with regard to the heat exchanger clogging.
Yes, the problem was recognized and improved, but the price difference is not without.
For a beginner, a condenser is perfectly adequate when used correctly and use costs remain within the limits. From our side, therefore, a strong buy recommendation addictive on more fluffy laundry.

The device dries as the day, sorry 2. day perfect :-)
The following observations have been added in the last two years, which ensure uniform drying.
1) If at the usual application of the standard programs reinforced damp laundry remains after the dry end,
then could be the most likely cause for a clogged air cooler. The air cooler behind the protective filter bottom left
behind the service door. Simply rinse with warm water, but any hard objects for removing the fluff in the air cooler
use because the air cooler fins are very thin - one spare air cooler costs about 60 EUR !!!
We clean every 4 months to complete exhaust duct incl. Air coolers and filters, then the result is dry again!
2.) By the time you get a feel for what items of laundry for each drying program zusammenn belong.
3.) For the stubborn fluff on the door frame rubber I still have no viable solution, so just go with a damp cloth before
wipe, so the fluff not adhere to the wash when removing :-(
Respect. Consumption, it was in 2013 just 86 EUR / 202 dryings = 0.43 EUR / drying !!!
Tendency diligently washing / drying, washing / drying, etc.

Be sure to read just above recession fill wishlist for Christmas and buy a condenser - conclusion after two years.
A strong buy recommendation for these dryers - 5 Star + 1 extra star because it simply is fun to drying.
My next update will be posted only if this love dryer has serious flaws.
In this case, it's worth a long time? Wait hopefully :-)
