I bought this cable to connect my laptop with a DisplayPort output (same as HDMI but mono-directional) to my HDTV. I plugged in and everything worked the first time, video and audio (no other cable to plug since everything goes through the DisplayPort), with the insured HD quality.
5 Euros per meter, there are cheaper, but this kind of cable is unusual (hence 4 * instead of 5).
