After I had taken the first of the two devices successfully with two hard drives (Seagate Barracuda 3TB) in operation, was the second piece of the series. Unfortunately, this turned out to be faulty, stopped copying, brought my system (Win7 x64) to Explorer crashes. I had to turn off the power switch in order to control my system again and can thus have my data arg endangers the housing. The hard drives have the Intermezzo all coped well.
The saving in Kabelwust for four hard drives (each power and USB) itself was a nice idea to set up a failover a second case was ansich not wrong, but it did not work because the controller problem.
I decided initially to keep one of the devices and to operate the other disks again individually.
Today, device 1 showed the same symptoms as device 2nd
This device can and I want my sensitive data entrusted not easy.
