Nothing to say about the method, but rather on the book (since we're here on a sales site). The book is expensive, very expensive if one relates the price and number of pages (pocket size) and even the number of words since half of the pages are devoted to ornamental designs having only little to do with the subject (smiley kind, etc). With a setting "normal" page, the book would have less than 30 pages (paperback) ... The spent 6.55 are excessive for the acquisition of a small booklet. France Guillain in this book poses questions that remain unanswered, and encourages the reader to seek answers in other books of ... Guillain France. It smells business full nose. That said, this feeling of bio-business consumer does not diminish the validity of the method, nor effective, judging by the energy and well-being that characterizes my companion since she began her Yum-O-Fruit there a few weeks. Nothing to do with grumpy me to stay. I'll maybe put me at Yum-O-Fruit, too ...
