The image stabilization is a useful bonus. With 1 / 20s regularly from his hand to shoot sharp images at this focal length I did not expect, and without support at the top because of the lack of viewfinder NX200.
The autofocus is compared with the 20mm and the 18-55 III noticeably slower.
Unfortunately, the auto focus often does not hit at close range in low light. With a black object on a white background in 20cm distance a decided focus in normal room lighting should be no problem. The 18-55 III creates the well near its minimum focus distance, the 60mm fails on the same object in the same light unfortunately often. Good thing the large and pleasant to use focus ring allows correction of the focus without switching to manual focus even after the autofocus.
The focus switches to limit the autofocus on sectors> 40cm is also very useful. If you want to make any macros, it prevents the slow passage through the near field in search of the focus. So then the lens reaches the focus speed of 30mm.
The lens is supplied with a high-quality plastic lens hood, which locks clean and upside down can be placed. In addition, a leather pouch for storing is. Unfortunately, this is exactly the same as the 18-55 and thus for the 60mm clearly too small. With setter GeLi can be the lens straight so to impose him and he no longer close properly.
What I would hope would be a switch for the image stabilizer. For this, I would also like to give up the i-Function, which anyway only repeated adjustment, for which it specifies the NX cameras own buttons. For switching the stabilizer, however you have to call up the quick menu.
An autofocus switch for fast switching would also be useful. If one focuses directly manually, has autofocus, but not disabled, and then wants to trigger the camera will naturally first car refocus and then warps to just manually set focus.
Despite the negative points my lens like it very much. 5 stars for the image quality and the stabilizer at this price, but the one I prefer because from the little things mentioned.
