Overpriced Designerstück

Thanks to a discount campaign from Amazon I am recently in possession of such alarm. To the regular price (currently. 125 EUR) let the list price I would have never bought the thing.
Due to the many reviews I was able to get a comprehensive picture before buying.
Here is my product review:
The idea with the hochdimmenden light to support the alarm I think is great and pleasant. It was also very well done by Philips. The design - probably inspired by Apple - I think also attractively and processing is a branded accordingly well. The sound quality of the radio Weckgeräusche and is also okay in moderate volume.
Nevertheless, the device does not convinced me. Because, even though there are these Lichtwecker been in several generations, this high-priced product is still not mature.

The following things should be further developed / improved:
- Power failure protection, after only 10 minutes of power failure the time is lost and therefore obsolete, the actual function of an alarm clock!
-. Integration of a time signal receiver, for example, automatic conversion of normal / summer time or indeed blackouts.
- Stability of the alarm clock is defective, the device is overturned quickly with a careless movement
- Light and sound can not be turned off in conjunction with a single keystroke.
- The arrangement of the keys is user-unfriendly and illogical benefits should face Design
- The brightness of the time display should be switched off even better adjusted and if necessary
- The reception quality of the radio could be better, so that can also receive weaker stations.
- The sound sequences are relatively short and thus repeat quickly what annoying after a few days.
- A radio station memory should be integrated
- The sensor keys what I think is unfortunate because very imprecise, a real button with a good pressure point would prefer
- The power supply should be integrated into the device, because with multiple sockets disturbs the large power supply.

Conclusion:
Viewed objectively, these are to a timer with dimmable lights and radio, which you can use as an alarm clock, as long as there is no power failure. A price between 30 and 50 EUR would be the product probably more appropriate.
Two stars there to motivate the manufacturers to rework the product.
