The laptop should be a replacement for my defective Acer 5742G. Unfortunately I bought a pig in a poke. For gaming, the laptop is ever completely unsuitable (the Radeon HD 6320 and 4GB RAM fool), the Vaio is so incredibly slow that even games run from 2004 to the lowest settings (!) With only 10 to 20 FPS. This is simply a joke. But in all other respects, the laptop is so slow that one to tears: During my Acer 10 to 15 seconds needed to boot that takes the Vaio EL3S1E sometimes more than 2 minutes, there is no reasons. The hard disk has little to do with me, so it can not be that the PC is just completely superimposed on data as well. Apart from 2 smaller games are only Firefox and TeamSpeak plan. Firefox takes to start before 30 seconds, and in the middle of the poor laptop must reload again and again, which then takes about 10 seconds and immensely annoying, because during this period the "Not Responding" message on top of the window appears. The same is true for supposedly "light" programs such as MS Word or Excel. The Task Manager always displays a CPU utilization of 90 to 100%.
Why is this grottige performance? I dont know. I guess that it has something to do with the fact that the video card is in the processor, but that is amateur speculation, because I'm not a professional. Fact: Do not bother on this notebook, because of this high price you get much better notebooks that bring power, whether you are gamer or want to use the laptop for working (!).
