Robs me all nervous / mangehafte WLAN connection and extremely slow

I have a netbook long enough to evaluate it to be able to now.
It reacts extremely slowly and depends often on.
No I have no virus and so far only Internet and Office tries to use programs.
It takes sometimes over 5 minutes until I can use the internet or open up sites.
Word to use is a disaster and I regularly tried to throw the scrap part of the wall.
I do not totally understand where the good reviews come.
In the university me no WLAN could be set up as a single, while all the others were able to use it.
With friends I have also frequently no Internet because the netbook does not connect to the wireless network.
Those who opt for this device needs a large dose of patience and a lot of time.
