The charger (supposedly original Samsung!) Was sent a few days later in a simple envelope. No protective cover or the like. Connected and that thing buzzing frantically pulled out the plug, then nachbrummen still about 10 seconds. Throughout the several attempts at various outlets, the same effect. Email written, after a week still no response, further emails, then finally an answer:
"Dear Buyer, I am very sorry. Do you want a replacement?"
Renewed email from me: Yeah, so I need urgent a charger, ...
After further week waiting period, no reply.
I threw it away and bought me a new.
Forget this dealer! Packaging = scrap, Service = terrible.
