Unit arrived defective

Had specially chose an Amazon warehouse deal where I've made very good experiences with.
In this case, came the xbox but unfortunately in a somewhat broken cardboard therefore, I do not mean the shipping PACKING pure xbox box.
Since the Xbox is pretty well protected, I did not think anything bad, but unfortunately this unit had a hard drive failure or whatever.
In any case, the Xbox did not boot and there is always a Friete the home screen.
I was pretty pissed off and did the thing returned directly to Amazon. Credit was unproblematic.
