Ibuprofen is a proven drug against pain and inflammation. Against Enzündungen you probably have to increase the dosage, for example 3 times 600 mg per day, or even 3 times 800 mg / day. Ibuprofen has tended to lower side effects than paracetamol or Acetylsalicilsäure ("aspirin").
However, is "Ibu" not completely free of side effects and should not be taken continuously.
The price of 3.76 for 20 tablets I found compared to stationary pharmacy ok, but I have now found that one other supplier also gets 50 pieces (!) For just 4 euros here at Amazon. Therefore only 4 stars instead. 5
