PC replacement

Am always surprised that in the press, the Surface Pro with the iPad is compared. This is nonsense. The Surface Pro is very much, but in the first place certainly no tablet.
I use it as a complete replacement for my PC. The HDMI adapter you have to buy it, but then you can connect a large monitor. Then tuck a USB hub and connect a keyboard and mouse. For all applications that I use when working the surface is fast enough and in advance so wonderfully quiet compared to PC. The fan goes on only in midsummer. I have the device for two months and it is always what it is.

That you have a full-fledged Win8 machines, a kilo is really easy. But the fan in my old PC has tripled weighed.
If you go has a table available, the Touch Cover does very well as a keyboard replacement, if used to hold the finger or the stylus.
