Cooking bags and it avoids to practice this style of cooking, buy the bags with mixtures of spices pre prepared. Cooking bags are good quality and must say qu'ALBAL is a great brand on that point (freezer bags, cling film and others ..) So my advice for those who like to cook their chicken or roast without it dry and very useful also to avoid cleaning the oven with fat splatters.
